1. About Our Products
Our handcrafted soaps are made using natural ingredients. Because they are handmade, each bar is unique. Variations in color, size, scent, and appearance are normal and do not affect product quality.
We strive to describe our products accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
2. Ingredient Information & Allergies
Our products contain natural oils, botanicals, clays, essential oils, and other naturally derived ingredients.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test before full use.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory shortages. If payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.
5. Shipping
We process orders as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal nature of bath and body products, opened or used soaps cannot be returned.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
7. Product Storage
To maximize the life of your soap, allow it to dry between uses and store it on a well-draining soap dish.
Store unused soaps in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mimi Natural Soap Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Returns
Because our soaps and skincare products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.
Unused, unopened items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
